its about damn time...

...that I posted these.

Long story short, I've been doing "re imaginings" of season spirit things (muses? deities?  I don't know what the "correct" term is).  These two are winter and summer; autumn and spring are currently in the works.  I'm enjoying doing the series; its been a good way to get more familiar with putting characters into concrete settings rather than just drawing them in blank spaces over and over.

...draw horses quite a lot when I was a kid.  Glad to see I haven't quit drawing them completely (though I could use some practice haha).
